Script Errors After Upgrading From 1.6.0.9 to 1.6.1.1

I received an e-mail regarding security issues, and that I have to patch/upgrade. So, I decided to just upgrade to the latest version. However, there were errors after the update (I used the 1-click Upgrade):

 

First error: No data on the Dashboard. It just keeps on loading. Please see attached image.

 

Second error: The child items of the sidebar menu (back office) doesn't seem to be working. When I hover on the parent items(Dashboard, Catalog, Orders, etc.), the container of the child items displays none.

 

Third error: On the front end, the top horizontal menu is broken. The items are now listed vertically, when they're supposed to be listed horizontally. Also, the child items are displayed, when it should be visible only when the parent item is hovered.

 

Any fix anyone?
