Help with editing authentication.tpl

Good day

I am running Prestashop 1.6.1.0. My coding knowledge is unfortunately a bit lacking and I need help just fixing a problem with the authentication page on my shop. See the attached images:

 

1  The Country selector moves down to the next line

2  See the code in HTML

3  When I just move the div to before the ::after tag the layout is perfect

4  correct layout

 

Please can someone help and just tell me how to fix the coding in the authentication.tpl file do fix this.
