Problems with Cache when i move the "Cart" Module to a custom hook

As i said on the title, my problem is that when i move the "Cart" Module to a custom hook it doesn't refresh, if i'm the "A" client on the page and i add 5 products, the clients "B", "C"," D", "E" will enter to the website and they'll see 5 products too, I think that the problem is on the cache, cause when i disable it everything works fine.

Now i understand, i'm getting a cached version of the blocktopmenu.tpl, but how can i put the menu inside the top menu as the searchbar on the module and not getting a cached version?, is there a way to set a blacklist on the cache system for an specific module or hook?
