Admin Loyalty module issue - Controller not found

Hello all,

 

I try my luck here also on EN forum just because on FR one i saw that this issue is not yet solved.

I hope that I will find an answer in the end.

 

I installed the free module  AdminLoyalty_2.6.1.zip from https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/77209-module-administrateur-des-points-de-fidelite/page-12.

Is a great module and on localhost everything is perfect.

 

When i promote on the LIVE (hosting) when i try to get to the menu of Admin Loyalty (specific TAB inside BO) created by the module I get Controller not found.

What is strange if back-up all files from LIVE site+DB and replicate it without any slight change on localhost, that menu is accessible instant.

I work on v1.6.0.13 but is updated with all changes provided by v1.6.0.14 (module name fix, etc)

 

So I take the conclusion that is something related to localhost settings vs hosting ones.

Is such strange.

I did one interesting test. I renamed the module without any CAPS on it's name. On localhost i can install it. On LIVE i get modules download successfully but i don't see it in the list. It is posible to install it only if I keep the original name. 

I cleared all cache, index.... etc.

 

From where I get that Controller not found on hosting environment ?   

Is the single module that do this kind of problems.

Issue solved.

 

For who encounter this issue --> Go to BO Menu Administration --> Meniu -> Click on Client / Class AdminParentCustomer.

Modify Admin loyalty points and change module name from adminloyalty in AdminLoyalty
