I searched the forum but could not find any solution. Now to my problem. I edited my website to show Custom Footer Copyright information. I went to the themes\themeXXX\modules\blockcms\blockcms.tpl file and changed Copyright info at the end of the tpl file. I did this on 2 sites. In one it is showing but in the other it is not showing. The sites are: www.jealousq.com - not showing yantrasthal.com - showing I edited it to show like "Copyright © 2015 All Rights Reserved...."
