[SOLVED]Could someone offer me a little code editing assistance please (footer)

Hi Guys 

I have been having a little tweak up with colours  but cannot find how to change the background colour of the footer menu

 

Can someone help with the correct file and location please, I naturally assumed footer section of the Global  but  I cant seem to find the right place  I have managed to change everything else ok and set it back but not the menu background.

 

 

The item i need to change is highlighted  in the file attached

That part is blockreinsurance module and Icons you can change in module configuration and background in

shop/modules/blockreinsurance/style.css , first line.

It looks like you mean the reinsurance module not the footer,

 

also it seems you are using PS 1.5

PS. you could try this in global.css

 

#reinsurance_block {background: #c20000!important;}

Hi Paul,

 

You can learn how to inspect a page source in 10 minutes and find everything you need your self.

Read this https://developers.google.com/web/tools/iterate/inspect-styles/basics

Just make sure you don't use Smart cache for CSS under Advanced parameters -> Performance (So you can see the file name and line number)

While it is easier to just ask but can help with modifying theme.
