Smarty and login_addons.tpl error

Hello!

I have a problem with smarty. When I clean cache from the back end and loguot, a white page appears instead of the normal logout page. I cannot login. It also happens from time to time when I do not clean the cache.

The front end works well.

The only way to gain access to backend is to delete the *login_addons.tpl via ftp from the cache/smarty/compile

Initialy it happens on 1.6.0.14, also on a duplicate copy upgarded to 1.6.1.1


Additional clues:

1.6.1.1 - turning of non-native modules and overrides does not help/
turning on debugging shows nothing
no modified core files, but modified some template files
(mainly product.tpl and some css, using pos optima theme)
Almost all performance options are on (excluding apache optimization)
I have set permissions even to 777 on cache recursive, but keeps reseting to folders 771 and files to 644.
Gave a big memory limit

If some one has any solutions or guides I would appreciate.

PHP - 5.4.27
MYSQL - 5.6.12

Something like happend in my prestashop:

Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1280 bytes)

 

I ask to my Hosting provider.
