Some customers have explained to me they can't open my shop and others can't finish their orders. All of them are MAC OS users. Can anybody see if there is possible to open from MAC OS? MacRoy Posted October 2, 2015 Share Posted October 2, 2015 Hi lolittle! Your PayPal check-out does not work with either Safari (Mac) or Google Chrome. It's a big problem with the Mac OS since they started updating at least twice a year, but do not fix the existing OS and web browser. Do you mean that it is problem-free for those who run the PC? I have had some paid orders from Europe (I live in) and there is no problem, but all over the world except Europe I'm having a lot of different problems, such this one in the checking out. There is a PayPal Module namely developed only for Europe and that works just fine there! But you can not make use of that in the rest of the world. I recommend you check this out! All the zones are enabled, and the countries I want to work with are enabled too. In this particular case, USA, is all enabled from the first time. I only use Paypal for security reasons. I have been selling in an Etsy shop all over the world and I have never had problems with Paypal payment. I'm sure I have to solve this problem now, because I'm scaring away purchases. I need to know if it's true that Prestashop have problems out of Europe, please. If I don't solve this question I will leave Prestashop and I will return to Etsy and I don't want to do that because I have been doing my shop during most than a year and spent a lot of money with hosting, security certificates, special packs for that. I have 1.5.6.2. version. They assure there is no problems with the last version of Prestashop. Please, can anybody tell me something about this? If updating is the only way, I have another question: do I have to do a lot of changes in my shop or the updating preserve all my prodcuts, categories and so on?
