URLs stopped to be with diacritics letters

Hello,

I have very serious problem, my shop now started show URLs of categories and products without diacritic letters, and it is very bad because of search enginges, because all of my links in eshop was changed

Now i have for example: 

http://www.sperkyleclay.cz/pvsky/4-pvsek-chirurgick-ocel-hvzda-pslw08.html

instead of

http://www.sperkyleclay.cz/privesky/4-privesek-chirurgicka-ocel-hvezda-pslw08.html

as I had it before...

Can anybody help what could happened or what to set in admin to get that urls back to normal?

I have PS 1.4.5.1

The strangest thing for me is that those url's (the link-rewrite field in the database) are generated when you add the product. As far as I know there is no way in Prestashop to mass change them. So I am puzzled what caused that effect on your site.

 

So my first suggestion would be to have a look at the ps_product_lang table of your database to see how the link-rewrite fields look like.

 

In the case the link-rewrite fields have been changed my second suggestion would be to ponder whether you can think of any module you installed that might have wrought those changes. If you want it is not that difficult to write a script that regenerates the link_rewrite's.
