When we receive blank screen then we must determine the underlying php error. here is how: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information-blank-page-500-internal-server-error/ then you will have idea of where the problem might be and find solution.
