Looking for A Petrashop Intergrator

We are looking for a Petra Shop Integrator to set up our store. It is a cigar shop.
The developer installed the cart but did not set it up with shipping, taxes and customer messages.

We have never used this cart before and we would like someone with previous experience setting up a store.
