Carrier selection radio button checked problem

Hi All,

I have a problem at Carrier Selection page after check out.

I have:
POS A
POS B
COD Location 1
COD Location 2
COD Location 3

Whenever i reach Carrier Selection page, it always have radio button checked at last selection which is COD Location 3.
in my back office setting, my default Carrier is POS B, so can I set it default checked at POS B or if it can be at POS A also will do.
