I installed module cash on delivery plus (with fee) on 1.5 prestashop version, everything is working fine but I'm missing a simple continue button. Maybe someone knows where to add it? in validation.php file or some other? and maybe you have the code and can explain everything? It would really help Thank you Adding picture what I'm missing.
