Unable to install PS

Hey guys,

I am trying to install Prestashop on a client's server and for the first time ever, when i get to the step where I need to go to ''www.mydomain.com/install'', I get an internal server error.

 

Please, can anybody help me?

Do you have the proper access privileges to that folder? Like if you add a .txt file there, can you open it?

Yes, i`ve been able to add files, edit them and delete them. Which is what I find weird.  I have installed PS so many times before, this is the first time I have problems.

Very odd, I guess ask your hosting, they might know what's going on
