Product selection cannot be delivered by the available carrier

Hi

I am having problem with shipping during product order. I have check the carriers (weight range) and have also check each product weight.. they are all correct. 

 

SOmehow the shipping carrier just won't work. 

 

When at checkout, this appears:

There is 1 error

1. The product selection cannot be delivered by the available carrier(s): it is too heavy. Please amend your cart to lower its weight.
