You should revert to the developer of the module and ask for debug. thanks for reply I use mail alerts module, where I can get the mail module alerts that are compatible with prestashop 6.1.0.14.? because in prestashop I install there is no e-mail alerts. Set installed and not installed, on screen you are showing that you are filtering by "installed".
