MODULO MAIL ALERT

dopo l'aggiornamento a Prestashop 1.6 il modulo mailallert non funziona, non invia le e-mail ne al cliente ne quella di conferma ordine o registrazione, ho letto diversi forum per le soluzioni ma non per la versione indicata, mi potreste aiutare?

inoltre se provo a inviare un'e-mail di  prova, dice che i dati sono corretti ma non mi arriva nessun messaggio.
