Prestashop 1.6 .0.9 - hurtowania - duży koszyk - serwer error 500

Witam,

 

Jak w temacie, postawiliśmy sklep na prestashop 1.6.0.9 - wszystko ładnie działało do momentu jak klienci nie zaczęło składać dużych zamówień tj. np. w koszyku na liście 100 rodzai produktów gdzie suma ilości daje około już ponad 1500szt. Zamówienie przechodzi do ostatniego kroku, po momencie wyboru płatności wyskakuje 500 serwer error.

 

Posiadamy serwer VPS:

1024 MB - gwarantowany RAM

2048 MB - maksymalny RAM

Procesor - 3,4 Ghz - 100% 1 rdzenia

 

W ustawieniach sklepu mamy:

Nigdy nie kompiluj ponownie plików szablonu

Pamięć podręczna - TAK

Inteligentna pamięć podręczna dla CSS - TAK

Inteligentna pamięć podręczna dla JavaScript - TAK

Limit pamięci 1024M

Maksymalny czas wykonywania 600

 

Prestashop 1.6.0.9 - szablon domyślny.

 

Bardzo proszę o pomoc co może być przyczyną:

- czy zgłosić coś administratorom, tj. aby zmienili jakieś ustawienia serwera

- czy złościć może administratorom podwyższenie parametrów serwera VPS (więcej RAM-u itp)

 

Przy małych zamówieniach jest OK, problem dotyczy tylko tych dużych.

- z góry dziękuje za jakąkowliek pomoc.

Trzeba włączyć wyświetlanie błędów i spróbować wrzucić takie duże zamówienie.

Po drugie proponowałbym sprawdzić również error_loga z godziny, w której było składane to zamówienie.

Zaraz stworzę podobne zamówienie z funkcją  (define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true)  - trochę to potrwa.

Natomiast Apache error log z ostatnich 3 dni pokazuje mi takie coś - nie wiem czy czy godzina na serwerze jest poprawna. Zamówienie moje testowe składałem 2015-09-28 13:41:48.

Wyskoczył mi taki błąd przy ponownej próbie złożenia dużego zamówienia.

Dodam że z każdym kolejny produktem sklep odczuwalnie zwalniał, coraz dłużej czekałem na wyskakujące okno (kontynuuj zakupy, idź do koszyka)

OK, znalazłem przyczynę. Produkty importowane są w WF-Maga, i program do importu uzupełnił pole EAN13 spacjami.

Jak taki produkt jest w koszyku to występuje ten błąd - nie ma różycy czy produktów jest 100 czy tylko 1.
