pete3382 Posted September 28, 2015 Share Posted September 28, 2015 Hi Prestashop community I have tried to move from one host to another, in an effort to make my prestashop more streamlined. As of now the domain is in place, the new host is in place and as i have read in other posts, "all" i need to do now is to move the databases from the old host to the new host. But here comes my problem; when a acces my FTP client to create a backup, there seems to be way too few files to export? For example there is no public_html. Just some folders which seems to be quite empty (see attached file) ? Does anyone know how to do this correctly? or have had a similar problem? pete3382 Posted September 29, 2015 Author Share Posted September 29, 2015 Prestashop support says that because its not about Prestashop Cloud (which is where i made the shop), they cannot answer on anything, and marked my problem as solved?
