Modules for advanced attributes usage

Hi,

I would like to put in one product (model) a multiple versions of this product using attributes.

 

So, I'm looking for modules which can:

 

1, Show different files for attribute / combination

2, Show additional description for attribute / combination

3, Free products for product

4, Compare one product with some attribute with different product with the same attribute

 

I've found modules bellow, but if you have something better or for free I would like to check it:
