Referral Program named "Friends I have sponsored"

Hello,

 

I am using 1.6.1.0. I have deleted the test data (delete orders & customers) using PrestaShop Cleaner V1.8.5. Clicking the Database Cleaning and Functional Integrity Constraints shows "Nothing need to be cleaned". There are two issues I need to resolve before I launch my shop:

 

(1) When created another account for another testing, the test data of Name and Email Address still show in the Referral Program tab "Friends I have sponsored", as shown in the attached picture. Also the Back Office is still showing the Sponsored Email Address and Name that I use for testing purpose. How do I remove the old test data (names and email addreses) shown in the Referral Program tab "Friends I have sponsored" as well as in the BO?

 

(2) The BO is still sowing all the Last Emails sent in my tesing as per attached. How do I delete all the "Last Emails" sent during all the Testing processes?
