HELP! Can't retrieve password for my store's back-office, What to do!?

Hello,

 

I'm using Prestashop Cloud, and I really don't understand what happened...

 

I normally can log into my store's back-office, but for reasons unknown I can't, And so I've selected the option "Forgot my password" which should have been sent to my e-mail, however I have tried this a few times and I haven't received anything.

This is my second day and trying to get into my stores back office.

 

I can't seem to find a way to contact technical support.

 

Is there anyone that can help advise me please.

I've managed to find the support page, I've e-mailed my problem and will await for reply.

 

Also don't know how to delete this post...
