New shop - 1/2 hour later blank front & back office

Created a new shop today on prestacloud but now cannot access anything and just see a white screen. Have read about memory limit errors but cannot access php.ini anyway.

 

I don't think I installed any modules yet, but if I did I cannot uninstall them. What do I do?

 

Any help appreciated, have only had the shop 1/2 an hour!

yeah it appeared shortly after posting - perhaps something with my browser! can I delete my posts?

In fact we had problems with our hosting provider for around half an hour. So it's not because of your browser
