Authorize.net Module - No Info Being Sent to Authorize.net

PrestaShop version: 1.6.0.14

Module: Authorize.net AIM (Advanced Integration Method) 

 

So I recently opened my store, and noticed that when customers are buying, no info is being sent into Authorize.net except Name, Street # and Address and Zip. The city, state, country, phone, email are all missing from the billing section, and the entire shipping section is empty.

 

At my regular job I use Authorize.net through BigCommerce and they shoot all the information over to Authorize.net. I called Authorize.net and they said it is a Prestashop issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.If I cannot get help here, is there anyone to call?

I am noticing the exact same behavior. What's more I have failed transactions due to AVS fail and I cannot tell if this is the cause or not. Should we expect to see so much blank information in our Authorize.net sales?

 

Auth.net Version 1.5.6

Prestashop Version: 1.6.0.14

I see similar behavior.  The module doesn't seem to be sending city or state information to authorize.net, and NONE of the shipping information.  So it flags everything as suspicious.. 

 

Any solutions?
