Need help for creating more options when hover over a product

Hello guys!

 

I've been trying to create more functionality button, but so far it hasn't been going well.

 

So do anyone got any tips or know how what I should do to create more functionality buttons on products like for e.g Quick View.

 

I want to create like a button for zoom to a bigger image such in product page but I cant get it to work.

 

Help would be appreciated.
