Any way to speed up my site?

hi,

i have been doing a couple of checks on my site to see why it is so slow.
can anybody recomend any changes? the test results are below

the page is loading at around 6 to 7 seconds, this is ovbiously too slow but i dont know what else to do to fix it.

Any ideas?

It is because of the useless categories. They take up a lot of processing power.
