stuffedhippo
I have a group of customers that have specific prices on a range of products. However if you put through a manual order for the in the admin (which is fairly common) it does not apply the discount. This seems like a bit of an oversight. Any suggestions/fixes. Thanks Edited September 23, 2015 by stuffedhippo (see edit history)
selectshop.at
Your Prestashop version is ? Specific prices are added to customer groups ? If yes you should select the customer before you add any product to his cart manually. Which configuration do you have on your specific prices ? By group, by country, etc... selectshop.at
BTW, it is better you use a customer login module and add carts as the customer. By this way you can also use points of loyalty program for ex. or other price reductions, which are not possible to use when you add a cart to customer account with back-office. Module you can find here: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/191817-module-login-as-customer-axel-ps16-ps15-ps14/ - module is not free, but you have free upgrades. I'm using this module since 3 years successfully.
