fajtbros Posted August 21, 2008 Share Posted August 21, 2008 I've just installed prestashop final, and i have a big problem.When i'm trying to add a new language, i get an error message: 1. an error occurred while copying no-picture image to your product folder 2. an error occurred while copying no-picture image to your category folder 3. an error occurred while copying no-picture image to your manufacturer folderThen i checked the product image upload, and it don't work either.Please help methxKris Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I didn't have a memory problem yet though.What I did was to reduce the image size down in half then in half again to fix the problem.In my back office or admin panel it says right near the image uploading area:Format: JPG, GIF, PNGFilesize: 2000Kb max.When I reduced the file size down in half twice, that turned the image file sizedown to 1.3 KB of 1,334 bytes. When I tried resizing down in half the first time I still received the same error when I tried uploading the image again.So then I reduced the file size down another 50%.
