phelfe Posted September 21, 2015 Share Posted September 21, 2015 After upgrading to 1.6.1.1 when adding a new address the phone numbers are not listed anymore, so adding a phone number is not possible anymore. Like that addresses without the mandatory phone entry cannot be stored anymore. As a workaround I use the frontend function to add customer addresses. We are just using the default template. I did not find the place where this could be coded/defined. Any idea where to look or how to correct? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Teapot Creative Posted November 9, 2015 Share Posted November 9, 2015 (edited) Hi To add Phone numbers to customer addresses: Goto back office menu: Localization/Countries/ *choose your country Once in the country, look at the screen shot (attached) and you will see what fields have been carried over to the address format for this country, make sure you carry over "phone" and "phone_mobile" fields from the right hand field options. You see for the UK we have carried over both mobile and phone numbers. Hope this helps.
