[SOLVED] how to set it ? free shipping for weight is 0kg, but i get problem "There is no carrier available ..."

when i set the weight to 0 the two carriers i set don't appear when check out . PS shows up this" There is no carrier available that will deliver to this address! " when i change the weight of products to 0.5kg or more , the two carriers are available but the weight range is not free shipping.

it is really a headach, does any one know how two set a free shipping carrier that base on weight that is 0kg?

i use PS v1.3.02

finally i find a way to solve this problem. sent a weight rang 0.01-0.09 and the cost is 0 then the two carrier i set appeared , thanks god lol
