Order Slip Empty / Devoluciones vacías / Vales vacíos

Hola! Tengo un problema con la actualización. Estoy actualizando desde la 1.6.0.11 a la 1.6.0.12 pero cuando lo hago pierdo los datos de las devoluciones o lo que prestashop llama Vales. Aparecen sin información de los productos devueltos. Puedo descargar el .pdf pero sólo aparece la información estándar como el logotipo. Sin embargo en el desglose no aparece ningún producto.

Hello! I have a problem, I´m upgrading from 1.6.0.11 to 1.6.0.12 but when I do it the order slips are empty. If I download pdf file this is empty of products. I can see my logo and basic information but I don´t see nothing about return products, price, name etc... Also I see the same problem when I go to returned orders. I can see the price of the order but the returned is 0€ always.

I had a similar problem that had to do with my payment provider. Somehow the backlink from the provider that updated the order didn't work. I had to go to the shopping cart to see what the customer had ordered.

 

Not sure if this is the same problem as yours. But it wouldn't harm to look whether there is un upgrade available of the software of your payment provider.

Try to upgrade to the latest 1.6.0.* version - 1.6.0.14.
