Positions Drag and Drop into a module

Hi

I created a custom module. It shows a list of elements (using helperlist). One of the columns its called "Position" and it let me to drag and drop each element an order it. The problem its that the modifications are not done in the database.

 

I´m not sure how to add the code in the module... its an ajax process, but i dont know how it works....

 

Could u help me please???

 

i tried to add several functions, like  _postProcess(), but it never show me any successfull result

 

when i modify the position of any element,  a call is triggered with this parameters (an example):
