Configuring Prestashop for B2B

Hello there,

 

I am about to create a e-commerce website for B2B and I'm considering Prestashop.
 

The website will need the following:

1 Prices only visible after login (native)

2 Prices by group (native)

3 Costumer register by admin/employee (native)

4 Automatic sending of password to the client ( ? )

5 Give personalized access to a group administrator(from the client) to view orders and spendings of the group members ( ? ) or native with the Multishop option.

6 Allow group administrator to edit orders of their group. ( ? )
 

From what I saw some of this are native of Prestashop. With exception of the ones signalized with ?.

 

I'd like to know if the items signaled with "?" can be resolved natively or we'll have to resort to hand coding or third-party modules.
