clampdown Posted September 17, 2015 Share Posted September 17, 2015 Hello,Currently our customers are not receiving email confirmations of their orders.They are getting "new account" orders and our SMTP details are configured correctly as we're receiving merchant order emails and the "test email" from the back office works perfectly.Could this be a problem with hooks at all? I have noticed there is nothing on "actionPaymentConfirmation".There is mail alerts on "actionValidateOrder".Any help would be great, thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

prestatent Posted September 17, 2015 Share Posted September 17, 2015 Can you check that you can see this file exists and looks ok in your browser: www.yoursite.com/mails/gb/order_conf.html You may have to change the "gb" part to whatever language you use.
