cleverjargon
I have a product set at $1711. When I add an attribute to the product, the price changes on the product page to $2600.72. The attribute is set to not affect pricing. In fact if I add the product to the cart the correct price (1711) shows up in the shopping cart. If I take the attribute away the correct price shows. Anyone else have this issue? Any solutions? Thanks!
phillipjfry
Are you using the combination generator? If so or even if not, are you making sure you have the one that doesn't increase the price at all (0.00) as the default?
cleverjargon
Thanks phillipjfry for the reply, but I'm pretty sure I had each attribute not to affect price ie. 0.00I ended up just re-installing 1.0 and now it doesn't do it anymore...weird. jhnstcks
I had the same problem, and found that it was linked to the tax system.Solved it by deleting all but one tax class and setting the remaining class to 0%
1959
I had the same problem, and found that it was linked to the tax system.Solved it by deleting all but one tax class and setting the remaining class to 0% I am having the same problem. When I add an attribute to a product, even with all options set to 0.00, the price increases on the page displayed. You can see it load the page with the right price then quickly calculate a price jump.I do need to charge local sales tax of 6.5% in state but that is the only tax class I have.
