Selecting and configuring hosting for big Prestashop stores

Friends, could you please advise what the best options for hosting performance for the big Prestashop store:

1) Nginx + php-fpm or apache (may be other)

2) memcached or APC (may be other)
3) debian or ubuntu (may be other)
4) ISPmanager (may be other)
 

I got the impression that the best option - (Nginx + php-fpm) + Memcached + Debian + ISPmanager.

What features for Nginx settings in this option?

Any other opinions?

My solution is planed like this:

 

Domain: Google DNS 

Database:google cloud sql cluser

server: google VM, debian 7, Nginx+HHVM 3.9+Apache
