Modules disappeared or can't load untill clear cache prestashop

When editing, deleting, adding, make modifications in .tpl files or other file types, and refresh front office  page modules not loaded in front office until clear the cache from back office, I tried different ways to solve this problem such as:

-Enabling developer mode but there aren't messages with errors to describe what happened.

-increase memory limit in php.ini in server to be 1024M where website hosted but didn't solve this problem.

-disable cache but problem still appeared after any modifications.

-I installed theme created by presta version 1.5 in presta engine version 1.6 via theme installer, I don't know if that cause the problem.

-I tried different configuration for cache but can't solve that problem

 

The only way to load modules again in front office is Clear cache from back office and this is my problem.

 

Please any faced this problem tell me about the solution or links about this problem.
