Prestashop front and back pages are blank

After successful installation on my localhost, both the front and admin pages remain blank. I can't seem to find the cause because it installed successfully. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

 Thank you Nemo1. On activation, it displays this error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 98304 bytes) in C:\xampp\htdocs\prestashop\tools\smarty\sysplugins\smarty_internal_templateparser.php on line 4520

 

For the admin panel, it says "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 98304 bytes) in C:\xampp\htdocs\prestashop\tools\smarty\sysplugins\smarty_internal_compile_private_modifier.php on line 89"

Odd, you're running out of resources... locally? Check your local server and increase the memory limit to at least 64M, if not 128

Very odd error, it sounds like there is no smarty assigned to the context. What's the page throwing the error?

No Idea, but I solve it by updating all files in config folder and deleting cache
