ArtistToonz
Greetings! I moved my Prestashop 1.6.09 to a new folder on my website >>> /shop/ . Now the images in the shop do not show up. Just big (?) boxes. (Note: The images show up in the products section of the back office.) Should I try "regenerating images" in the Back Office?: Preferences>Images>Regenerate Images See here at link: http://charleskaufman.com/shop/en/ Any way to correct this? Thank you for your assistance!
ArtistToonz
Greetings Enrique- Thanks for the reply! Yes, I have an img/p folder. What should I be looking for? Any idea how I get the images to show up on my webshop? When my Prestashop was not in the new "shop" folder the images showed up...now not. ArtistToonz
Thanks for your reply. There are images in the folder and a tree system. Prior to moving it into the new "shop" folder all the images worked fine. Two minutes later after moving the "img" folder into the "shop" folder they do not show up. Don't understand why they do not show up now. Everything else seems to be okay. All I did was move files and folders into a new folder with the name "shop". I also did this procedure with a 1.5+ version of Prestashop and no problems. This version is 1.6.09.
ArtistToonz
In back office: Preferences > SEO & URLS > Set up URLS> Friendly URLS I turned off and on "Friendly URL" and it seemed to solve the problem....
bellini13
when you move to a new folder you need to delete and re-create the .htaccess file contents. By disabling friendly URL and then turning it back on, you forced that to occur
ArtistToonz
bellini13 - Thanks for the information! For future reference, how does one "re-create the .htaccess file contents"? Best regards.
