So basically to use the cloud version you have to forfeit all the free modules and free themes?

There is no way to add your theme unless you buy it? Even though there are FREE themes on the marketplace?

Yes this is one of the bad news for Prestashop Cloud. On the other side you don't have to pay for the hosting package.

Did you tried ??? You don't will have any luck. You cannot install foreing, not paid addons/themes on Prestashop cloud. You can download free addons and upload them to Cloud FTP, but you will never have luck to install them, cause they are not visible for to install.

 

Downloaded addons/themes you can install  only on your OWN HOSTING package, but not on Prestashop Cloud package.
