product base price plus surcharge per unit - help

Trying to set up a store with customised clothing. I can set up a t-shirt with colour and size attributes. Is there a module which can handle more advanced customisation per item? 2 problems I'm having - 1. I need the customer to be able to select multiple sizes/quantities for each item, and 2. The item needs to have a screen print attribute which would have a base price depending on the number of print colours, as well as a surcharge per unit based on the number of print colours.

 

Sounds complicated, but ideally I'd have a store where the customer could go through several screens selecting options rather than just having one page.

 

Can anyone suggest a workaround?
