noesac Posted March 9, 2010 Share Posted March 9, 2010 I've performed past DB restores / imports before via the Tools panel and I've noticed it doesn't appear to do anything...New orders and customers that should have been wiped out are still there. Order quantities that should return to higher figures are still the same. Modules that I've installed, settings that I've changed...they all remain. I assumed that performing an import would revert everything back to exactly the way it was when I created the backup, but that doesn't seem to be the case...So I'm wondering, what exactly does this do?
