nbarnum Posted September 8, 2015 Share Posted September 8, 2015 I've seen several posts regarding the set up of Referrers and none seem to work. I want to track visits from an affiliate. According to Stats/Referrers I should simply be able to create an account, and set a Request URI for the. As on page Help suggested if I want to track direct visitors. So I followed this note and left HTTP referrer empty. "If the visitor arrives directly (by typing the URL of your shop, or by using their bookmarks, for example), the http_referer will be empty." The affiliate will be adding links in more places than just their website. They are going to place links to our site in their email blasts. So everything is blank except for Request URI Include which has the text: %ref=2. I have Save Direct Traffic off. I've refreshed the cache. The Data Mining module option are set to No. Prestashop is a resource HOG and forced us to move to a VPS with only 300 products, not very impressed with that. I'd rather not compound this by adding more resource drains. What can I do to set this up properly? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
