problem with my head menu

hello, i hope i'm in the right place to ask this question.

I have a problem with my top menu. I have differents categories like for example clothes, accessories... I have my tab clothes with all the sub categories but i don't know how to add my accessories category. I have object associeted to it but it doesn't create the tab.  i can't find where i can change that in my administration panel.

 

I don't know how to do for prestashop to do it automatically like when i add a first element to a category it create the tab in the menu.
