bellini13
Are you using Prestashop Cloud? Maybe this option is disabled in the cloud?
parsifal
Are you using Prestashop Cloud? Maybe this option is disabled in the cloud? Judging by the browser's address bar in the screenshot (something.pswebstore.com), this is probably the case.

Gordon27
The PHP mail function option is not visible in my Prestashop admin interface http://prntscr.com/bguv9v. This version of Prestashop is a cloud installation but I do not see any settings under the cloud settings to make this option available. Can anyone offer advice on this. ArtistToonz
Greetings! My Cloud version of Prestashop does not have the PHP version available, either. The problem I have is the SMTP version provided by Prestashop does not send out emails. When doing a test email all I get is error messages saying the email address and password do not match. Prestashop documentation says: SMTP password is empty (the password does exist in the database, it is just not shown here). http://doc.prestashop.com/display/CLOUD/Managing+your+email+domain+name My SMTP password is not empty - Even when I delete it and save, it returns. How does one find out what the password is? I tried my shop password but that does not work. Any ideas on how to solve this?
bellini13
Yes, stop using PS Cloud and pay for a decent hosting provider. You may not like that answer, but it is the reality if you want something that functions and is supported.
ArtistToonz
Here is the SMTP email solution for Cloud Prestashop....straight from Prestashop support..... (Although I have not got it to work....) "You should restore the default settings you need to look at the e-mail you have received from SendInBlue when you opened your shop. Then, connect to your SendInBlue account and you'll be able to get back your personal parameters. After, you just need to set them in your shop back-office in "Advanced Parameters" > "E-mails". The PHP's mail() function isn't available on Prestashop Cloud. If you want to use it, you should use Prestashop Downlaod."
