Send To A Friend - Captcha Free Anti Spam modification

For anyone who wants to try and steer away from the use of captcha and somewhat annoying jumping through hoop type protections I have written a tutorial for non captcha spam protection specifically for the Send To A Friend feature that can be hammered by spambots even though they can't actually include their own message.

You only need to edit three files in the existing default send to a friend module (v1.2.5.0).

Perhaps it would be good if the module had an option that only registered/logged in users were allowed to 'send to a friend' too?
