Displaying Social Title in Registration Process

I know how to create the social titles in the BO, but how do I display the titles (Mr, Mrs, Miss, Ms) on the registration form?

 

I've gone to Countries > United Kingdom 

 

but the address format does not have any option to add a title or social title.

 

What do I need to add here?

Go to customers > Titles

 

There you will need to add Ms. title.

I've done that alreay.  All titles have been added but they are not showing on the registration form for new customers.

Clear the prestashop cache and try again.
