Blank page when adding new carrier

Hi..

i have a big problem, as i cannot add a new carrier or change the default one, because when i click on it i only get a blank page. The error that i get is:

 

 Fatal error: Uncaught --> Smarty: Unable to load template file 'controllers/carrier_wizard/helpers/form/form_ranges.tpl' in '*/public_html/shop/admin1/themes/default/template/controllers/carrier_wizard/helpers/form/form.tpl' <-- thrown in */public_html/shop/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatebase.php on line 129.

 

I would be really grateful, if anyone knows the solution to this problem.

What Prestashop version are you using?

 

In my 1.6.1 such a "form_ranges.tpl" file exists. How about your shop?

Hi. 

Thank you for the reply. I am using the latest prestashop, as i downloaded it a few days ago from official website. I looked in file manager in cpanel and did not find "form_ranges.tpl".

In that case I advise you to make a new installation of Prestashop and copy the missing files. Something must have gone wrong with your installation as a fresh installation of 1.6.1.1 installs those files.
