Changing responsive collapsing points

Hi all,

 

tried to post some questions a while back, but really seems that no one had the same issues, at least of the people passing by.

 

I now try to ask different - I want to change the points of screen settings where the responsive theme is collapsing to become smaller. Can anyone tell me where this is controlled. There must be a check looking for screen size.

 

My top horizontal menu only has a few items, and it collapse to the mobile version too fast.

 

Any suggestions are appreciated.
