Animated Header Transition Tutorial

is there any tutorial how to make Animated Header Transition? just like this Prestashop site, when you scrolling down the header changes (getting smaller), I've tried using "stickyjs" but I have no idea how to put it in into Prestashop structure.

I'm using prestashop 1.6.0.14 with custom theme.

thank you, does it works only on <header> or any element I want such as logo or search bar only?

I've tried adding it into header_logo the transition didn't work.
